Hi, I’m Filip Karlsson—a software engineer with a passion for technology and a big interest in leadership. I seek to blend hands-on technical expertise with operational management. Making me an employee ready to tackle challenges across development and leadership roles.With a Bachelor's in Software Development and Mobile Platforms from Jönköping University, complemented by international experience in AI and deep learning studies at Northern Arizona University, I’ve built a strong foundation in mobile development, backend programming, and database management. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Engineering Management, honing my skills to lead and manage complex engineering projects effectively.Beyond my technical background, I thrive in collaborative environments. From mentoring students as a Teaching Assistant to leading a team at Escape House, I take pride in balancing technical problem-solving with team development.I love music, sing and play several instruments. I love going to the gym. I love reading, especially philosophy and psychology. These passions not only inspire me but also shape my reflected approach to problem-solving and leadership.Feel free to reach out!
